Ivona Ladjevac, head of the One Belt One Road Center at the Institute of International Politics and Economics in Serbia, described what happened in China in the last century as the "Chinese miracle," noting the main contributors to that miracle are the Communist Party of China (CPC) and Chinese President Xi Jinping.
