Things grew tricky in the East where the Conference Finals reached a 2-2 draw. Moreover, both the Atlanta Hawks and the Milwaukee Bucks may lack their best players – namely Trae Young and Giannis Antetokounmpo – in the coming Game 5 of the series on Thursday because of injury.
