Malaysia is battling another surge in COVID-19 cases, despite weeks of some of its tightest restrictions on businesses and social activities. Most cases are linked to sporadic community infections. But authorities said workplaces, especially in manufacturing and construction, are triggering the most cluster infections. 

The government said it's speeding up vaccinations for workers, including foreign migrants.
