Workers in Florida have demolished the remaining part of the residential tower that collapsed last month. Officials said they feared the building was too unstable to survive Tropical Storm Elsa which is making its way towards the United States. A total of 22 people are confirmed dead and 121 are still missing. Authorities say the search will continue.
