The Hukou Waterfalls on the Yellow River in northwest China's Shaanxi Province attracts many visitors for its rare green waterfalls. Located on the border area between northern Shanxi and northwestern Shaanxi provinces, the Hukou Waterfalls are the second largest of its kind in China. Because of the absence of a large amount of sand and the reflection by the sunlight, the color of the waterfalls has turned green. Many tourists were lured by its magical emerald-green landscape and a beautiful rainbow.
