Music knows no boundaries and has a long history of connecting the East and West. In this spirit, Chinese musician Asr has brought us both Chinese and Western music on morin khuur – a traditional Mongolian bowed stringed instrument – from the Maoya Grassland in Ganzi, Sichuan.
