The United Nations (UN) Human Rights Council is meeting in Geneva to adopt a resolution on human rights. The measure, co-sponsored by China, is titled "The Contribution of Development to the Enjoyment of all Human Rights". Professor Harvey Dzodin, senior fellow at the Center for China and Globalization, explains the significance of the resolution.
