China has reiterated that the study about the origins of COVID-19 is a matter of science and opposes the politicization of the pandemic. A foreign ministry spokesperson has responded to letters on the issue submitted by 48 countries to the World Health Organization (WHO). The spokesperson called for governments to work with the international community with a responsible scientific attitude.
