Mop luop yi ggu mop is from Yuexi County, Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, southwest China's Sichuan Province. After graduation in 2015, she returned to her hometown as the first secretary of poverty alleviation for Azhiwu Village. In 2020, she succeeded in helping lift the village out of extreme poverty.
