A new batch of 1.5 million doses of China's Sinovac COVID-19 vaccine arrived at the international airport of Manila in the Philippines on Saturday morning.
The Philippine government planned to buy 25 million doses of the Sinovac COVID-19 vaccine by the end of the year.
The Southeast Asian country has received 14.5 million doses of the Sinovac COVID-19 vaccine, including one million donated by the Chinese government.
