Singapore is beginning to accept that COVID-19 is not going away. It says it's planning to treat the pandemic as "endemic" by reopening international travel, dropping pursuits of zero COVID-19 cases and no longer reporting daily case loads. Roberto Cauda, a professor of infectious diseases, shared his views with CGTN.
