More than 1,000 protesters are taking to the streets of the Thai capital Bangkok to call for Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha's resignation. The protests on Sunday came despite an expanded coronavirus lockdown. The protesters carried mock body bags to represent coronavirus deaths, as they blame the prime minister and his government for mismanaging the COVID-19 pandemic.
