Anti-lockdown protesters demonstrated in London on July 19, which is the same day that most COVID-19 restrictions in England were eased. Protesters held signs reading "say no to the COVID vaccine" and chanted "freedom." The Metropolitan Police said that 11 people were arrested "for a variety of offenses," adding "sadly officers have been met with hostility while engaging with crowds."
