Record rainfall has hit central China's Henan Province, bursting the banks of major rivers, flooding the streets of a dozen cities and trapping subway passengers waist-high in floodwaters. Over 100,000 people have been evacuated, and rescue operations continue across the province. China's Office of State Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters has dispatched a work team to Henan.
