Zhengzhou City in central China's Henan Province was lashed by record rainstorms on Tuesday. CGTN reporter Xia Ruixue was trapped in her apartment building without electricity, water and mobile network for 24 hours. On Wednesday afternoon, she managed to get out from her home.
