A rare spell of torrential rains has hit many parts of central China's Henan Province, flooding its capital Zhengzhou as well as some other cities. The People's Liberation Army and the People's Armed Police Force set out to Henan immediately. Some enterprises and netizens also made donations. So far, there have not been any reports of foreign casualties in Henan, said Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Zhao Lijian at a press briefing in Beijing on July 21.
