Rescuers rush to help rainstorm-hit Henan, C China

Quite a number of rescue teams have been dispatched to Henan, a central Chinese province battling record rains which have resulted in deadly floods. Since July 16, over 3 million people across the province have been affected by extremely heavy rainfall and about 256,000 people have been relocated to safe places.
