Chinese delegation marched during the opening ceremony of the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games on Friday.

The 777-strong delegation, including 431 athletes, is the country's largest representation in an overseas Olympic Games.

The 298 female athletes and 133 males will compete in a total of 225 events across 30 sports during the Games, among whom 24 are Olympic champions, 19 reigning champions from Rio Olympics.
