The People's Liberation Army and firefighters are working around the clock to rescue villagers trapped by flooding at Niuchang Village in Xinxiang City, central China's Henan Province. China Aneng Group on Thursday dispatched two dynamic pontoon bridges, one of the most advanced water-borne rescuing facilities in the country, to the area. Over 9,000 people have been transported on the bridges so far.
