Despite Covid infection concerns over the Tokyo Olympic Games, athletes lost no time for training. Tian Wei met Chen Lu, who won the first Olympic medal in figure skating for China and rose to fame as the "butterfly on ice" for her elegant and breathtaking movement on the ice. She retired 22 years ago and became a professional coach. The medal-winning legend has now become a tough mentor, patiently guiding the next generation to fulfill their dreams, in and out of the Olympics. Her daughter, Anastasia Petrova, inherited her athletic talents. She has taken up the mantle of figure skating, just like her mother, who is also her coach. At Chen's skating training center, she shared with Tian Wei what it takes to be a professional athlete.
