Floods in Henan: Toll rises to 56, reconstruction efforts underway

The death toll from torrential rains in central China's Henan Province has risen to 56, with five people missing, local emergency management department said Friday.

Since July 16, over seven million people in the province have been affected by the extremely heavy rainfall. Rescue and reconstruction efforts are underway.
