Chinese President Xi Jinping on Wednesday visited Galai Village in Nyingchi City in southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region to inspect rural revitalization work.

Nyingchi City has long been recognized as the "Jiangnan of Tibet."

"Jiangnan" refers to the south of the Yangtze River, which represents the scene of a prosperous water town landscape.

The peach blossom groves in Galai Village, stretching about 18 hectares, usher in spring for Tibetan tourism.
