China's Henan Province is dealing with the aftermaths of recent floods. Maintenance teams in its capital city of Zhengzhou is working to deliver clean water to all parts of the city. Eight of Zhengzhou's nine water plants have resumed operation, but quite a lot of residential areas still have no water supply.
