Typhoon In-Fa has made landfall on China's east coast. People living near the sea were evacuated, airline flights and trains were canceled. The national observatory earlier issued an orange alert for rainstorms. Officials have launched emergency response operations and flood prevention measures. Heavy rain is expected following last week's devastating floods further inland.
