Four people are missing and 61 have been rescued and transferred to a safe place after a construction platform titled in the sea near Huizhou City, south China's Guangdong Province, local rescue authorities said on Sunday. 

The authorities said they received a rescue call at about 11:10 a.m. BJT. 

A search and rescue operation is underway.
