Chinese State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi said that China and the international community as a whole bear the responsibility to teach the U.S. a lesson if it hasn't learned to treat other countries equally. Wang made the remarks during an interview in Chengdu, southwest China's Sichuan Province, where the third round of the China-Pakistan Foreign Ministers' Strategic Dialogue was held on July 24.
