The sixth typhoon of the year slammed Shanghai and the nearby coastal provinces of Zhejiang and Jiangsu over the weekend. Nearly 13 million people have been affected by heavy rain, flooding, and strong winds. In Ningbo City, over 110 communities are inundated.
