China successfully sent a Tianhui I-04 satellite into orbit at 12:01 p.m. BJT on Thursday from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center in northwest China.
The satellite was launched by a Long March-2D rocket, marking the 381st mission of the Long March series carrier rockets.
