China and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) should continue to understand and support each other on issues concerning each other's core interests, Chinese State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi said on Wednesday. Wang made the remarks when addressing the opening ceremony of a symposium to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the establishment of dialogue relations between China and ASEAN via video link.
