Floods, storms and scorching heat… Extreme weather has been raging across the globe this summer, with the latest victims at the Tokyo Olympics where athletes are not only competing against each other, but are also battling temperatures topping 32 degrees Celsius with 80% humidity. What's causing the extreme weather? And how is Tokyo 2020 responding to these extreme conditions?
