China's Zhangjiajie bars people from leaving to contain COVID-19

The municipal authorities of Zhangjiajie, central China's Hunan Province, have barred people from leaving the city to curb the spread of COVID-19 after the recent emergence of cases in 15 Chinese provinces, according to a notice issued on Tuesday.
