Shanghai has reported a new COVID-19 case, a man who works with foreign freighters at Shanghai Pudong International Airport. Authorities say he's been fully vaccinated and has not left Shanghai over the past 14 days. Testing is being carried out based on that positive case. Wuhan has also started mass testing throughout the city after seven construction workers tested positive.
