German warship due to arrive in mid-December, stops include Australia, Japan, China

More foreign military vessels are heading to the South China Sea. German officials said Monday they are sending a warship, due to arrive in mid-December. Stops include Australia, Japan and China. Moreover, countries including the U.S., the UK, and Japan have recently dispatched vessels to the South China Sea. CGTN talks to Teng Jianqun, director of American Studies Department of the China Institute of International Studies, for more insight on the matter.
