Forty new COVID-19 cases were reported in China's Jiangsu Province on Wednesday, four of which were in Nanjing, which has reported 227 total cases since July 20. Nanjing has now improved oxygen supply capacity in ICUs. CGTN's Liu Jiaxin brings the latest from the city.
