Wuhan City, capital of central China's Hubei Province, recorded three new locally transmitted confirmed COVID-19 cases and 12 new asymptomatic cases on Thursday, said local authorities.
An all-inclusive nucleic acid testing campaign has been launched in the city, with approximately over nine million people sampled so far.
