Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has instructed the country's security officials to close the border, step up efforts to protect the state border and prevent violations, the Belarusian state news agency Belta reported Thursday.
"From now on, not a single foot should enter the territory of Belarus from the neighboring side, either from the south or from the west," the Belarusian leader stressed.
