Sports services will be part of the 2021 China International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS)  in early September for the first time this year.

One of the eight industries to be featured at the event, the sports service activities will be held in the Shougang Industrial Park in the western part of Beijing from September 3 to 7. 

More than 200 companies and organizations from around the world will participate in online or offline exhibitions, including winter sports, international sports services and sports culture integration.  

World-class ice and snow brands and the progress and results of the preparations for the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics will be displayed where visitors can experience augmented reality skiing, cross-country skiing simulation, and real-ice show. 

Other highlights are new sports service technologies and products and immersive interactive experiences to increase the interaction between exhibitors and audiences.  

CIFTIS is the first comprehensive global fair for trade in services and is an important window for opening up the service sector in China. It has been an annual event since its inception in 2012.
