Africa is battling a third wave of COVID-19 pandemic, and the rate of vaccination on the continent is the lowest in the world. China has provided 100,000 vaccine doses to Zambia. It has also offered testing kits, ventilators and masks to more than 50 African nations. So far, China has provided vaccine aid to 47 African countries.
