Zhengzhou, in central China's Henan Province, has maintained high-level epidemic control measures after a resurgence of COVID-19 infections broke out in a local hospital. A thorough disinfection campaign was carried out in the city on Friday night. More than 3,200 personnel and 680 trucks carrying sprayers were mobilized for the efforts. Disinfectant was sprayed on the city's 1,700 main roads, particularly around train stations, hospitals and shopping malls over a seven-hour period.
