Peru's president receives China's Sinopharm COVID-19 vaccine dose

Peru's President Pedro Castillo received the first dose of China's Sinopharm vaccine against COVID-19 on Friday, according to the presidential palace.

A total of 8,244,961 people in the country had received at least one dose of COVID-19 vaccine, and more than 5.75 million people had completed two doses as of Friday.
