"Xingfu" means "happiness" in Chinese, and an ancient village in Danleng County, Meishan City, southwest China's Sichuan Province was so named. Xingfu Village has a trade road that can be traced back to the Tang Dynasty (618-907), and many other old buildings and sites are still well preserved. As the natural environment is also well protected, the village is hidden in a lush forest. The Future of Ancient Villages and Towns, a conference organized by UNESCO in 2019, was held in Meishan City. Xingfu Village served as a baseline case study during the meeting. Check out the video to enjoy an aerial view of the village.
