"Continued tariffs imposed on China would impact U.S. economic recovery in a negative way," said Andy Mok, a senior research fellow at the Center for China and Globalization. His comment comes after more than 30 leading U.S. business groups called for tariff cuts on Chinese products in a letter to the U.S. trade representative.
