M5.8 quake hits northwest China's Qinghai: CENC

A 5.8-magnitude earthquake jolted northwest China's Qinghai Province on Friday, according to China Earthquake Networks Center (CENC).

The quake struck Maduo County of Golog Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in the province at 12:21 p.m., with a depth of eight kilometers, said CENC. 

No casualties have been reported so far.
