The United States continues to face rising COVID-19 numbers. The death toll has surpassed 620,000. The country is seeing on average 650 deaths a day and more than 100,000 cases a day as the highly contagious Delta variant sweeps across the country, largely among unvaccinated people. CGTN talked with Dr. Alice Tan, internist at MizMedi Women's Hospital in Seoul. She said everyone should know the benefits of wearing masks. Full vaccination, universal masking, hand hygiene are still crucial to curb the spread of Delta variant.
