Nineteen people remain trapped in a coal mine in the northwestern province of Qinghai. The mine flooded with mud in Gangca County on Saturday afternoon. Dozens of emergency workers rushed to the scene. Authorities say the rescue effort  for the remaining 19 miners is very challenging. Investigations into the accident continue, but officials said the mine had been earlier ordered to suspend operations due to safety concerns.
