A UN agency has delivered a stark warning on climate change that people are warming the world at a dangerous pace, unprecedented in the past 2,000 years. This is based on a report prepared by the world's leading climate scientists under the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change. What did the report say? And how will it guide policy makers at the upcoming climate conference or COP26 in early November? Guests in this edition of Dialogue are Ma Jun, Director of the Institute of Public & Environmental Affairs; Toni Waterman, Correspondent from Brussels; and Wu Changhua, Executive Director of the Professional Association for China's Environment.
