On 12 August, China issued a white paper reviewing its path to moderate prosperity and improved human rights. The white paper stated that the realization of all-round moderate prosperity represents comprehensive progress in ensuring universal human rights in China and is a new contribution to the cause of human rights around the world. To dive into the details of the paper and what it means for the people of China, we have invited a special panel of guests: Prof. Fred Engst from the University of International Business and Economics; Prof. Zhang Chuanhong from China Agricultural University; Michael Wang, Head of FICC Overseas Sales and Trading of China Securities Co., and Flora Liu, Founder of Joyview Education.
