Many members of Afghanistan's 300,000-strong army have pledged allegiance to the Taliban. To understand how will the Taliban deal with them, CGTN spoke to Professor Wang Jin from China's Northwest University. He says former government forces will be partially included in the Taliban. He also says ISIL will not establish a strong presence in Afghanistan.
