Four miners were lifted to safety on Sunday night after a roof collapse trapped them inside a mine in northwest China's Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.

The workers were trapped on Thursday after a roof collapsed in a local coal mine at around 11:50 p.m. The mine belongs to Ningxia Coal of China Energy Corp.
