Taliban says no plan to form transitional government

A senior Taliban member Mullah Ahmadullah Wasiq has said that the group has no plan to shape any other kind of government but a permanent one, Afghan news agency the Khaama Press reported Saturday.

The Taliban member added that negotiations over the upcoming government have been expedited.
